We are familiar with document control systems, part management, and quality management systems.
Solidworks Experts
Platen LLC is extremely adept with the Solidworks suite of tools. We employ certified Solidworks professionals with over 20 years of certification experience. They are very familiar with designing parts for manufacturability and assembly, including sheet metal, injection molded plastic, thermoformed plastic, machined and extruded parts. Our team has worked with vendors domestically and internationally, has been actively involved in vendor selection and management and has extensively worked with suppliers to resolve quality and capacity issues.
From Design to Test
Platen LLC has experience with product testing, field testing and validation, improving designs with the results of these activities. We have worked with a wide range of stakeholders to understand the needs of our customers and help ensure product fit for their unique situations.

Platen LLC has an eye for production and automation, having developed, sourced and implemented a wide variety of mechanical, electrical and robotic systems in product environments, saving manpower costs and improving quality and operator safety and satisfaction.
